We are grateful for every donation made toward the care and empowerment of children. This policy explains how we handle refund or cancellation requests.
All donations are considered final and non-refundable.
If a duplicate payment or transaction error occurs, please report it within 7 working days.
Refunds, once verified, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If a donation or sponsorship was made for a cancelled event, we may refund the amount or offer reallocation toward another child welfare project.
