Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are grateful for every donation made toward the care and empowerment of children. This policy explains how we handle refund or cancellation requests.

1. Donation Refunds

  • All donations are considered final and non-refundable.

  • If a duplicate payment or transaction error occurs, please report it within 7 working days.

  • Refunds, once verified, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Event Contributions

  • If a donation or sponsorship was made for a cancelled event, we may refund the amount or offer reallocation toward another child welfare project.
